I would give this a five star review, except that they printed only on the first two words of my request. NOTE: I don’t think that was their fault, it was mine., I give them a ding because the instructions didn’t specify “print EXACTLY as your want your text to appear in the box.” I made the wrong assumption regarding word-wrap . . . my bad, I’m an idiot. Otherwise, very well done and very high quality. I’d have NO complaints if I wasn’t the one to blame, since I am . . . ea culpa. Meanwhile, I’ve got a nice T to sleep in, so . . . my bad, they good. I wanted to write this because while I had to send my first order back, the company has been great and the quality of the shirts are good! I received my product quicker than expected and the only reason I had to send it back was an error on my end (I forgot to add the image I wanted). The shirt was perfect in every other way.

I ordered this shirt for my daughters podcast. The design turned out perfectly print and location. I ordered a large because she often wears her brother’s tshirts for comfort. We received what appears to be a 3xl! Waaaaay too big~

The shirt came in two days early so that was really nice. The only complaint I actually have is that the green of the T-shirt shows through the picture some and the picture is a little bit duller other than that it’s great. If you choose a white I don’t think that would happen at all and it would probably be perfect.

UPDATE: Full refund and incredibly polite customer service! I received an email requesting a photo and called Jen. She immediately said they’ll issue a refund and apologized for the quality control issue on the crooked print. VERY appreciated!!
No response from seller for terribly printed image. The pink tee is a fantastic color but the image is EXTREMELY crooked on the shirt. Very disappointed in the print job but more bothered that my refund request has gone ignored.

I am taking back that the material is scratchy. It washed beautifully. Kept size and shape, photo and inscription. The picture and writing were placed perfectly on the shirt. The color was really nice. There is absolutely no problem with this product. This tshirt is especially dear to me because it has the collage we made of my son’s life. He left us all to soon at the age of 27. I am so glad I can wear such a beautiful product that represents my son’s life for me to wear.

The image looks faded. I don’t know much about the shirt printing process, but this doesn’t look right. You have to get very close to make out details in the picture, and there are horizontal lines through the image. It almost looks like when your paper printer is running out of ink.
Update: After submitting a picture, the company reprinted the shirt, and expedited shipping for the new one. Unfortunately, the replacement shirt was of the same quality as the first. After submitting a second picture of the two shirt side by side, they issued a refund. Customer service is good, but quality control is poor.

This shirt is very good quality and the picture and name came out nice and clear. The only problem was that the picture was just a tad off center. But my granddaughter loved it anyway.
