This is a good shirt at an attractive price. It’s well made; the fabric is soft and comfortable; the fit is good. But this “slim-fit” is the same size as my regular-fit polo shirts by other brands. So get this unless medium-sized shirts tend to be too tight on you.

If you are tall and thin (I’m 6’2″, 170, somewhat slim arms) the regular fit is actually better than this slim fit, mainly in that the sleeves of the regular fit are slightly longer and taper down your arm nicely, whereas the slim fit has shorter sleeves which pucker out making an unflatering look. There is not much difference in the body of the slim and regular. Go for the slim fit if you are shorter and have more muscular arms(and still slim). Product shrinks a bit, even in low dryer.

Can’t beat the fit or the price. Not the right polo shirt if your waist line is larger that your chest :) … but if its the other way around this a a great buy!. After returning many items I have purchased over the years that didn’t fit an athlete body very well I was completely satisfied with this shirt. I do admit I bought a large at first (my normal size with most slim fit shirts) but a medium fit just right so I purchased 12 more in a few different colors. People say, “that shirt looks good on you.” So that makes it all worth while….

It’s a slim fit but more of a slim fit for taller guys. I’m 5’8″ and the small fits me very well through the chest and arms, BUT it’s simply to long. There’s an excess of material at the waist, so it doesn’t look right when worn untucked.

I bought this polo without high expectations, given the low price. When it arrived, I was pleased with the overall quality of the material, etc. I put it on, and the fit was unstructured and odd. The neckline is awkward. If you leave the top button open, it exposes way too much chest (IMO). If you close it, well, you have the top button closed on a polo. Wore it once and washed it. If I thought the fit was unstructured before, it completely lost any shape after just one washing. It now hangs in my closet as a failed experiment.

Needed a blue polo shirt for a family picture- this worked. It is actually made very well and I have zero complaints- much better experience buying it on here than at a mall or a retail store. Fit is legit. I am usually between a medium and a large. Went large with this and it was the right size.

This shirt is a great quality shirt and although I routinely order an extra large I missed the “Slim Fit” in the description of this shirt. My fault, not anyone else’s.
Guys before ordering this style look at yourself in a mirror. If you have a larger stomach then you would like this Slim Fit shirt is going to really show it. The cut style of this shirt is for a guy that has what I would call the doctor recommended physical look, not the average American guy look.

This works great as a more fitted shirt. We have bought several other brands and ended up pushing them aside to buy more of these because the difference is huge in how they look. Nothing else does as good of a job at showing that hubby is a muscular and well built guy. Other fitted polo shirts tend to look like club wear and be thin enough to rip off for a wet tshirt contest. They go straight from fitted to skin tight. These polo shirts are good quality and just slim enough to allow you to see that even though he is a smaller guy, he is muscular and in incredible shape.

I ordered this expecting another sub par polo, as most are. I was shocked. You obviously are not going to mistake it for a high priced one, but for 12 bucks? Can’t beat it. The fit is EXACTLY what I was looking for . I am 72″ and weigh 180. Medium fits perfectly, for me. No tent effect around the mid section. The black one is fading pretty fast, but I can live with that. Thanx, Amazon.

I think the quality of this polo is very high and attractive. I love the fit and how it looks on. The length is perfect for a 6-foot guy and nothing needs to be altered (can wear out the box). I would just note, the colors are true to the pictures (really spot on). I thought it would be slightly darker for some colors (the reason for my return) but this is the closest to color accurately I’ve seen for a lot of products online. I really think this is top quality, a step (or two lol) under a Ralph Lauren brand (as we know Ralph Lauren is super nice), it’s a cool second place. It’s a great everyday comfortable (no scratchy) polo for casual days as well. I would recommend :)

I hate going to stores and shopping. I despise shopping for clothes. I figured I would give the Amazon shirt a try.
It fits as expected. It’s been through the wash a few times and I don’t think it has shrunk.
The tag some vendors like to stick back by your neck that pokes you all day long – didn’t have issues with this shirt. Seriously, stop putting tags back there!
Texture/material feel. I’d describe this shirt as slightly scratchy compared to some others I own. Over time, this will go away. This is a minor complaint from me – didn’t really notice it when I was wearing it.
Stitching – my daughter informed me this is not stitched together as some of my more expensive shirts. I’ll take her word for it. I didn’t really notice.
I see myself buying additional shirts from Amazon in the future. If I can get a few years service out of a shirt, I’ll call it a win.

These Amazon basic polos are of exellent quality and the slim fit really fits perfectly. They are a perfect fit on the arms, length is perfect and overall look is very very well done. Great strong material also. Material is a bit heavy so in the summer may be a little hot but these shirts are so worth it. I ordered 5 different colors of them! Note,I ordered large at first and found them to be a bit big especially in the sleeve, got a medium after and they became more slim-fitted instantly. Perfect fit actually.

I now own 3 of these I think in different colors. I used to buy all these types of shirts from Nordstroms for around $50 each. Those are very nice shirts and last well but the price?? Not so good. These Amazon shirts are of good quality, wash and dry well, hang nicely, color doesn’t seem to face, collar lays down properly so it makes me not want to spend my money at Nordstrom’s even though I like them. They get a hardy recommendation from me and I will buy more.

The curse of the too short shirt continues. I have a longer than average torso for my height and as a result I typically have to wear a shirt that is 1-2 sizes too big to get the right length. I don’t like swimming in my shirts so normally get slim fit. It seems impossible to find a happy medium, tailored athletic fit shirts that go past my waist. This shirt while slim fit falls in line for what I have found typically for shirt lengths, falls right at the top of my waist. The material is fair,more cotton like and likely to fade over time like a traditional polo. The banded sleeves are nice, I actually like that over the loose fit of dri-fit type shirts. So my search continues for the perfect work polo

This is a great shirt- the second color that I have purchased. However, the red next to the white was a bad idea. The white was already a little pink when it arrived due to bleed- I’m sure it is going to get a lot worse in the wash.
However, the price was right so I’m keeping it. If you avoid problematic colors it is a great shirt.

I wear ‘polo shirts’ almost every day – for work and for normal wear as well. I have a bunch of banana republic polos that have just about worn out over the years and I decided to see what Amazon had as a budget option. I’ve had mixed results with Amazon essential clothing in the past, but I’m very happy with the ones that have worked out. Tremendous value and decent enough fabrics and quality.
These polo shirts have been good so far. They fit well, are made from decent fabric quality, and are overall constructed well. I bought a bunch of these shirts, and have them in a regular rotation with other shirts. The only question I have at this point is the long term durability. After several months, I can see some signs of wear – earlier than I normally see in the banana republic polos I’ve owned. Still a great buy, but will reconsider after a couple more months to see if the value is still there long term.

Reviewing small slim fit polo type shirt. My husband really likes the fit and the different shades of blue. It is made of high quality that you would expect from a polo that is mid range price ($22). So you are getting a good deal on these. There is a noticeable materiel quality difference from this compared to his real polo’s($42). These aren’t as heavily or as tightly woven as the name brand polo. I’m glad he likes these shirts, because my husband is hard on his clothes, so if wants to work, do yard work, play, tear them up, I’m not mad anymore. We can save his more costly stuff for our causal going out.
