Telemedicine is awesome. No traveling to and from the Cute Holiday Ghosties Shirt. The comfort of your own home rather than an office that may feel cold or stuffy. Just find someone right for you. I’ve been using telehealth for over a year. I love my counselor, and she got married and moved her office. Instead of making the drive, I sit in my car after work and effectively FaceTime, but it’s on the Telehealth app, which is HIPPA compliant. I love it, but everyone is different. I’ve been doing telemedicine for my anxiety depression – for about 6 months now. It’s been wonderful. I highly suggest it. I am very comfortable speaking to my doctor from my home environment.

I’ve done therapy for years and that weekly check-in during Covid from a calm voice is great for putting things in perspective. I am sorry for the issues that you have been through. Life is hard, losing my mother was also difficult. Are you familiar with the four noble truths? It’s at least worth a try. Sometimes just being able to have space where you can air all of your feelings to a nonjudgemental ear can really help your perspective on things. Restarted in-person therapy in February, moved to teletherapy in March. Even got a new therapist I never met in person. Has been really good for me.

Other than that…my boyfriend loved the shirt. Liked the color, fades Ghostbusters symbol and quality of the shirt.
